What is Naturopathy?

Naturopathy is a holistic system of treating an individual which aims to stimulate the healing power of the body and treat the underlying cause of disease as opposed to just the symptoms. Symptoms of disease are considered warning signals of improper functioning of the body, and unfavourable lifestyle habits. With naturopathy, it is about getting to the root cause of the problem and understanding that every individual is unique.
